Boost Mobile goes on the road to reach attendees at the Taste of Chicago
In order to reach the large crowds at the popular Taste of Chicago event, Boost Mobile hit the road with Wrapped Bicycle Taxis that provided free rides to anyone at the event.

“Free? Did you say Free? What’s the catch?” asked consumers looking at the cool wrapped bikes. “There’s no catch at all!” we found ourselves repeatedly saying.  As soon as Boost Mobile pulled up in the fully wrapped Bicycle Taxis over the busy July 4th weekend, there was great demand from weary attendees looking to take a load off their feet with a free Boost ride.

Bicycle Taxis were stationed at the entrance to the Taste of Chicago in Grant Park each morning. Throughout the day drivers parked in highly visible locations around target areas. Brand Ambassadors also posted signs reading “Free Rides compliments of Boost Mobile”.

Brand Ambassadors approached by a willing participants would begin by giving a brief introduction about the benefits of becoming a Boost customer and their unbeatable $50 Unlimited Plan. Following the intro, consumers received additional literature about Boost's many wireless plans to browse as they rode and were dropped off at their requested locations.

From July 2nd to the 4th, complimentary Boost rides were given to over 600 passengers coming in and out of the Taste of Chicago.  Now that's tasty engagement and promotion for Boost Mobile!
